Conta de Volta does not need your Facebook, Instagram or gov.br password, 2FA code or recovery code to review your case. If a step requires personal authentication, you authenticate directly with that service.

Do you guarantee my account will be recovered?
No. Nobody serious can guarantee a decision controlled by the platform. Our job is to handle the case correctly, document it, follow it and escalate when a valid path exists.
My account was hacked. Do you handle that too?
Yes. Hacked-account recovery is an important part of our service. We handle changed email/phone, lost 2FA, active attackers, unauthorized posts and loss of control using official recovery routes and ownership evidence.
Do you ask for my password?
Never. We also do not ask for 2FA codes, recovery codes or gov.br passwords.
Do you work with influencers?

Do you handle Consumidor.gov.br and Procon complaints?
In the escalation plan, we prepare the complaint, evidence package and administrative route. Exact filing or representation depends on the channel, state and applicable rules; you never give us your gov.br password.
Do you sue Facebook or Instagram for me?
Conta de Volta is not a law firm and does not sell court representation. When administrative recovery fails, we organize the factual evidence dossier. You can take it to any attorney you choose or, as a customer on any of our plans, request a referral to an independent attorney properly registered with the OAB. Legal engagement and attorney fees are handled directly with that professional.
Are you Facebook/Instagram or an official Meta partner?
